The Commercial Operations team is nominating Abby Arpano for December Rockstar.
Abby is a quiet force who manages one of our highest volume accounts, Takeda, in addition to other accounts. She is flexible and committed to her work and does it all with a positive attitude. She can plan a full service 1,000 person meeting and she can organize a site visit within 24 hours and neither rattle her calm demeanor. A crazy intense situation that would put most of us over the edge in Abby world is “not ideal” or “frustrating.” Her experience shines through on pre-calls and client calls.
She leads with credibility and is respected by clients. She is focused, organized, and knowledgeable. We are truly better because of her!
