What’s our style?
Write the way you talk. If you wouldn’t
say it that way, don’t write it that way.
Use plain English your audience will
understand. Skip the business jargon
and just be real.
If you can say it in fewer words without
losing continuity and clarity…do.
It’s OK to relax the rules.Except for when it’s
not. (See why it matters under GRAMMAR).
Be confident, but never arrogant. Keep it
honest and go easy on the superlatives.
